Responsible for the software development team in Bouvet Agder, about 20 people including three testers. My everyday job includes everything from minor tasks as making sure everyone have the equipment the need to do their job as efficient as possible, to recruitment and onboarding, competence planning and follow up, meeting new and existing customers, sales and to stay as close to the team as possible, making sure they're all ok!Part of the management team in Bouvet Agder.
