Our client had an ambitious target to reduce operational cost by 30%. Changing the way engineers deal with daily routine work is challenging. Engineers manage interdependent, delayed and long lasting tasks influenced by issues and changes. A standard Microsoft Project solution is not flexible enough to deal with mass project planning of large amount of similar projects in a hassle and agile environment. The initiative of operational management on excellence was bouncing agains lack of quality data on daily tasks and resource capacity.Plansis joined the experiment team after several companies like Accenture were not able to deliver a comprehensive solution to the company problem. We advised our client to use Microsoft Project due to scheduling and customization capabilities. Together with Kaizen experts we worked on formalization of operations. This resulted in a Mass Project Management (TM) approach. Our OPM approach is now proven to work at corporate scale op operations. The resulting solution became one of the largest implementations of MS Project known in Europe with over a 10 000 small projects running in parallel. Our client is capable to improve the solution further and adjust to scaling up amount of operations and business units working with the solutions. The project managers are able steer processes and deal with daily problems - people get ill, overcapacity, targets, education of young engineers. As long as other business units start working with the solution the client gets full operational and tactical control over the capacity and the portfolio. We are very proud to be able to help Alliander to reach ambitions and keep networks affordable and well maintained with less stress and higher employee's satisfaction.

Maxim was responsible for support and development of analytical models supporting production of forecasts, computations of staffing norms, modelling of factors such as weather, computations and delivery of yearly budgets.

Booking.com is a leading company for accommodation bookings. The company recognized the need of customers to be helped on the phone or email while dealing with problems in different languages. One of the goals of Forecast and Reporting team was to forecast amount of work for several thousands of agents. The company did not recognized repeating forecasting issues at first. Plansis established the forecasting vision and the road-map that fitted needs and ambitions. The project resulted in implementation of two forecast methods that outperformed the previously used methods. A drive based forecast method increased understanding of customer behavior and interaction process. Forecasting process was recognized by management and the forecasting team tripled in its size.

As a WFM consultant I install and configure Variant forecasting and planning solution. The project enables automated forecasting, planning and capacity management. As a result, the workload can be anticipated and be matched with the capacity on a daily basis.

I was a member of the BASEL2 experts team during the TIGA RISK migration project at ABN. I developed an analytical tool to support high level analysis of BASEL2 parameters and RWA computations at higher certainty.

As subresult we computed costs for all activities taking place such as telephoon inbound, outbound, internet with a drill down to dimension - new client, existing client or defected client. Contact datamartA datamart for marketing analyses of contacts was developed including Tel, Email, Internet, survice lines, post. As the result we automated computations of latency over all channels. This results were tested in several mailing campains and improved ROI by nearly 30%. For some campains the response rate doubled.
