Developed and implemented the first Internet-based platform to deliver legal training and support to pro bono attorneys and pro se litigants in Illinois utilizing advanced database applications and tackling the fundamentals of distance learning. Led numerous international and domestic initiatives, including: • World Bank Consultant, conducting a legal and information technology assessment for the Albanian government• Director of Project Bosnia/Operation Kosovo, implementing technological and legal solutions to promote the rule of law in foreign countries emerging from war and/or communism; • Director of International Human Rights Database Project, developing and implementing a new and highly sophisticated war crimes/human rights database, which is utilized by the International Criminal Tribunal, ABA CEELI, and the Independent International Commission on Kosovo. • Coordinated the research and writing of books and law review articles for Dean Henry H. Perritt, Jr., including Law and the Information Superhighway. • Represented individuals seeking asylum and prepared and submitted work visa applications to the INS, including H-1B and B-1 visas.
