I was charged to find out and select the best in class hardware/software solution to be integrated as the main part of our mainstream merchant oriented retails Cash solution, called myATM. myATM provides convenient and easy to use retails cash solutions i.e. cash-dispensers (Retail ATMs) and real EUR/BGN notes retail Cash Recyclers (Cash-In, Cash-Out, notes recycling) for merchants. I lead the implementation of the full hardware and software solution platform for the merchants, as well as the Bank ATM implementation for SATA Bank in Malta. - myPOS (mypos.eu). I was charged to find out and select the best in class hardware/software solution to be integrated as the main part of our mainstream small and middle merchant oriented retails POS solution, called myPOS. After a thorough testing and evaluation of different hardware solutions and models of the best in class POS terminal manufacturers, thus leading to the successful choice of a long term stable and confident relationship of our main POS terminals hardware supplier - Pax Technology, Shenzhen. I lead the implementation of the full hardware and software solution platform for the merchants.

The Operations Department is responsible for Analysing and Troubleshooting the various IT aspects and issues in all software solutions used in the Company. The team members has a very deep knowledge of the internal structure and functioning of the whole HOST system and related applications, as well as the operational and financial processes in the organisation. The team support all the financial software and HOST systems. The team is specialised in automation of the tasks. The team includes the network and system administrators managing the entire cross-border network of the company. The team handles the entire POS network management including Terminal Master System, POS Firmware Loading And Updates, POS Master Key Injection Process etc. Projects/Main duties:- Leading the development of POS financial application for Hypercom T42xx POS.- Planning and implementing the migration of EMV ICC Preparation And Personalisation System from old system to new one. Full data transfer including card profile templates, keychains, data elements etc.- Lead the JCB Acquiring and Issuing Development and Implementation Phases. - Lead JCB ACQ and ISS Certifications, Testing and Live Migration. I was a part of the system core team that build up the foundation of inhouse software infrastructure of Intercard Finance AD.Projects :- Leading the technical MasterCard, VISA and JCB Certifications and Testing processes for Acquiring and Issuing- Management, development and support of IT processes at a Financial Institution. - I built from scratch the main inhouse front-office application that manages the various aspects of company portfolio. The application is used by all company branch offices and key business partners offices. Key Technologies: Microsoft Visual studio, C/C++ languages, ATL/WTL , Windows sockets, multithreading, T-SQL language, MS XML parser, OpenSSL. - Made many of the main parts of the inhouse HOST application server, including user and session management, inbound/outbound settlements from/to Mastercard/VISA card schemes, Bulgarian Bank Central Credit Register export, various key activity reports, card emboss and chip data generation, sensitive data encryption schemes etc.- Acquiring Concentrator Gateway Application - server based application that supports many different external interfaces based mainly upon ISO 8583 variants and Base 24 - multithreading, data queueing, communication protocol translation, sensitive data encryption translation under communication parties key trees etc.- Make Crypto routines in HOST application server.- PHP experience when developing part of Web based back-office application. - Development of POS financial application for Hypercom T42xx family ARM based POS, using gcc, gdb, SlickEdit IDE, Hypercom HSDK.- Development of HOST Security Service Application - Managing HOST Crypto Keychain, directly communicating and load balancing the EFT HSMs via TCP/IP Ethernet network. While employed by SIS Technology AD as a subcontractor for Transcard AD, I was part of the Transcard AD Core Development team - www.transcard.bg. The Transcard AD is the first non bank credit card company in Bulgaria and also the first company in Bulgaria that introduced the ICC Card on the Bulgarian market. I was responsible for the developement, including the design and implementation, of the Financial applications for Transcard AD Credit Card company owned POS and PINPAD embedded devices: THALES Artema POS terminals family including Mobile (GPRS), Portable (DECT), Ethernet, Hybrid POS - all these based on ARM 32 bits microcontroller and THALES TSC+ Pinpad - based on 8 bit Dallas Semiconductor Secure Microcontroller. I also developed a Key Injection Tool for Master Key injection using MK/SK scheme for TSC+ and Artema PinPads and Artema POS application manager for Windows OS - listing applications and drivers on POS, loading, unloading, deletion, verification and so on. The POS and PinPad applications are based on C programming language and the Windows GUI applications are made using Microsoft C/C++ and ATL/WTL libraries. The POS applications uses TCP/IP, Serial communication protocols over which a proprietary communication layer is used. The Windows applications are multithreaded. The POS application accepted Transcard own card brand, Transcard MasterCard issued card and Transcard JCB issued cards. The application accepted Transcard and Mastercard magnetic stripe cards and JCB EMV based cards. The application have support for internal or external PinPad depending on model. A transaction batch collecting and uploading scheme was developed. Various other customer and loyalty cards accepting applications for business partners was implemented as main POS application plugins. Done many technical documents directly related to the developed software applications.
