Management of the programmatic budgeting and performance management of LAHSA’s Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Rehousing (RRH), and Recovery Rehousing (RecRH) programs to ensure maximum utilization and impact of these resources across Los Angeles County. Oversight, management and coordination of LAHSA’s public partners including the LA County Departments of Mental Health (DMH) and Health Services (DHS), public housing authorities, and housing departments to ensure coordination across all permanent housing programs within the county to ensure that all available resources are integrated into a well-functioning rehousing system in compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
