As Reporting Analyst I am responsible for providing analytical support across the Trust, delivering high quality, timely, business key critical analysis.• Assists in production of all reporting in the management accounts and planning cycles:o OSJCT management accounts packo Trustee Board Reportingo Flash Reportingo Forecast and Budget Packso KPI packs• Assists in development of financial planning models and loading of forecast and budgetary data• Assist in the consolidation of budgets and forecasts ensuring numbers reconcile• Assists in the creation and subsequent consolidation of fee increase templates• Assists in the creation and subsequent consolidation of pay review templates• Responsible for consolidation of all regional reporting submissions and requirements ensuring information produced is accurate• Provides support to end users, interpreting and understanding the data presented as well as providing training support where that data is in a new form e.g. electronic dashboard.

My role is the primary interface between Finance and the Head office team. I am responsible for the production of stock and debtors’ management accounts for all regions within Karen Millen - profit and loss accounts, balance sheet packs and reconciliations for the head office functions, and provide quality support and analysis to the Senior Management, the Head Office team and the wider business. The focus of this role is on sales and margin.Main Responsibilities:• Processing all accounting entries for stock transactions worldwide; liaising with other stakeholders to understand issues and interpreting from a finance perspective• Preparing month-end margin reconciliations by country; processing underlying accruals, provisions, cost allocations• Performing store-level sales analysis; investigating anomalies• Reviewing sales and margin with management on monthly basis; providing support for discrepancies and explaining variances to budget• Management of two direct reports responsible for debtor management and invoicing• Overseeing the franchise, concession, wholesale and licencing ledgers and ensuring all invoices and payments are allocated correctly prior month end. • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for all stock and debtors accounts. • Preparing profit analysis for all extra business channels – wholesale, licencing, franchise and concessions.• Implementing process changes to allow accurate and timely reporting; refining management accounts pack to enable effective decision making.• Preparing submissions for Intrastat, Turnover Certificates, National Statistics• Ad hoc support for Senior Management and other teams• Liaising with auditors and other stakeholders

Since February 2017 started maintaining and reporting on two of the biggest KPIs projects - Material Management and Cost of Poor Quality across 15 Valspar entities in the EMEAI region. I have overall responsibility for cost analysis, inventory evaluation and reconciliation to the general ledger, inventory reserves and operational performances reporting for a four Valspar entities in the EMEAI region. As well as maintenance of the costing and manufacturing data within our ERP system, leading physical counts and liaising with auditors.
