Currently, I work for CAMHS and the BEN diagnostic pathway to assess and diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I also work with the Primary Mental Health Team (PMHT) to deliver mental health awareness and attachment training and consultations in schools. I enjoy taking part in research projects. I have weekly supervision with a Clinical Psychologist.

I worked as a Support Worker at MyTime Epsom, an adults service for people with learning disabilities. People who use the service include: Autistic Spectrum Disorders, mental health issues, unpredictable behaviours and physical conditions such as epilepsy.The goal was to provide clients with individualised and patient-centred support, encouraging them to lead more meaningful lives.

Collaborated closely with leadership team to develop and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Created and published social media content across Meta and Google. Tracked online performance metrics and customer feedback loops to optimise content strategy.

I worked on a project to provide a holistic approach to healthcare. I implemented psychological interventions into heart failure and rheumatology clinics for patients suffering from both psychological and physical health problems. Research: audit, literature reviews, data analysis Regular supervision by a chartered Clinical Psychologists.

Worked with autistic children to help with their computer and learning skills. I helped them to develop and use healthy coping strategies to manage their anxieties, stresses and emotions that can create barriers to their learning.

This role involved supporting children with cognitive and physical impairments at a neurosurgical ward. I worked with children who had a range of neurological disorders such as traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and brain tumour. I organised activities designed to reduce the anxiety experienced by children before and after surgery. I also liaised with family members and the management team to provide a consistent approach that met the individual needs of each service user.

Provided support to young students in the completion their homework and revision. I also offered school related advice.

A volunteering project I completed in Siem Riep, Cambodia, whilst travelling across South-East Asia during the summer break. This project involved: working in small teams to design and build a bamboo house for a family living in a small rural community; buying groceries, clothes and other necessities for the family; teaching the children English and basic mathematics.
