• Audit freight bills and promptly contact freight agencies to resolve pricing discrepancies.• Process high volume of invoices for payment in TMS (Transportation Management System).• Invoice customers using company procedures to calculate customer's best rate evaluation.• Maintain orderly files for invoice revisions.• Organize and prepare check runs bi-weekly to ensure prompt payment to freight carriers.• Reconcile monthly freight carrier statements and account agings.• Notify company liaisons of invoice corrections and adjustments.• Input precise notes into TMS regarding the status of corrections and invoice disputes.•Organize the work on the AP department and help the AP team to resolved the problems. • Support the AP manager on the work flow.
