Iveth is currently a full time-student at Utah State University with a strong interest in Family Consumer Human Development studies. She is passionate about her occupation as a mentor at Fast Forward Charter High School where she is constantly monitoring students grades as well as readily available to meet the students needs. Previously Iveth was employed as a site-supervisor for an after-school program at Ellis Elementary. At this site she also kept track of at-risk students and monitored over a staff of 7 to ensure the all staff was adequately prepared to supervise the children. Iveth was also in charge of preparing specific academically enhanced activities for the students, organizing parent night activities, and translating/interpreting for spanish speaking parents and families. Aside from elementary and high school students Iveth has also had experience with infants and toddlers by volunteering at Early Head Start in Logan, Ut. Here she spends an hour interacting with infants/toddlers and helping the teachers carry out their activities. She also obtained her first aid/ CPR training to be prepared to aide the infants/toddlers in case of an emergency.
