• Process payroll for US and Netherlands for 200 employees ensuring payroll is accurate and timely.• Work with Dutch Tax Authorities and Pension Agency ensuring accuracy.• Schedule 941 and 940 bi-weekly. File Quarterly and Yearly.• File RT-6 quarterly and submit payments.• Workman’s comp audit – Ensure proper coding, facilitate audit.• Facilitate Open Enrollment and administration of benefit according to employee enrollments. • New hire orientation and onboarding. Report new hires as soon as hired.• Prepare all offer letters and contracts. • DEO unemployment claims administration.

• Responsible for 18 multi-state payrolls for 1,000+ employees Canada and US, at varies intervals.• Ensure all Canada payrolls are processed according to union service agreements produce ROE.• Prepare and post all journal entries, payroll accruals and PTO accruals and bank transactions.• Facilitate Open Enrollment and administration of benefit according to employee enrollments. • Provide ADP training to the field.• Process 401K enrollments, deductions, submission of contributions.• Provide reports needed for workman's comp audit and ensure proper coding in payroll.• Maintain accuracy of multi-state and local agencies.• Process and respond to all garnishments and all verifications of employment.• Prepare W2s for US and T4s for Canada.

• Processes payroll for 1,200 employees in the Payroll Manager's absence.• Prepare journal entries for Accounting using the GLI module in ADP.• Prepares and participates in yearly 401K and workman’s comp audits.• Process new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll deductions into the payroll system.• Responsible for assisting employees and managers with timecard and time off requests.• Scan and label documentation related to employee contracts, bonuses, or additional commitments for access by the Accounting staff.• Responsible for researching application and maintenance of state, local, federal and labor regulations.• Process and maintain wage garnishments.

• Process ADP payroll bi-weekly for 130 employees.• Generate and post payroll GL, PTO accruals and PTO Requests.• Up to date on all DOL, State and IRS regulations.• Open SUI accounts with new States when needed.• Update payroll related employee information to include but not limited to changes in pay rate, W4 information, direct deposits, benefit deductions, 401k contributions.• Prepares and participates in yearly 401K and workman’s comp audits.• Year-end audit and other Finance activities/projects.

• Responsible for seven multi state payrolls for 1,000+ employees and special pays • Generate and post Payroll GL, PTO accruals and PTO requests using Great Plains for 4 entities.• Facilitate employee and supervisor ADP training for all new hires.• Up to date on all DOL, state and IRS regulations.• Open SUI accounts with new states when needed.• Update payroll related employee information to include but not limited to changes in pay rate, W4 information, direct deposits, benefit deductions, 401k contributions.• Provide timely and responsive communication(s) and/or resolution(s) to payroll related queries received from employees and management. • Prepares and participates in yearly 401K and workman’s comp audits.• Year-end audit and other Finance activities/projects including process improvement initiatives.• Prepare, audit the generation of W2 yearly.

• Process weekly payroll in ADP in accordance with internal policies and procedures and ensure that all payroll changes are authorized. • Monitor PTO, EIL Bank, holiday pay, insurance and all other deductions with accuracy.• Responsible for preparing monthly posting of payroll and PTO accrual journal entries.• Administers benefits to include benefits open enrollment and the communication of benefit information to employees and to PEO. Assists employees to resolve benefit problems and questions to include claims resolutions, change reporting and understanding of their benefits. Audit and process insurance bills. Reports Cobra eligible employees to PEO.
