• Lead Project Management team of PMO to coordinate, manage and follow-up Seguros´s Banamex project portfolio.• Coordinate, monitor and align the strategy map of Operations and Technology Area (O&T) in conjunction with Strategy Office (SMO).• Guarantee that Seguros Banamex's project management methodology complies with Citigroup and Banamex regulations, including planning improvements and updates required to accomplish an effective project management.• Ensure that during development to the end of projects, the established quality parameters, scope control, risks and budget are complied with.• Coordinate management follow-up meetings, control of projects and their alignment with corporate strategy.• Lead actions for project portfolio alignment with the strategy.• Ensure the availability of information, tools and processes for project and strategy management.• Coordinate coaching, training, support and guidance to project managers on the application of the methodology.• Coordinate consulting, training and support on strategic maps for O&T.• Lead O&T training concerning Project Management Methodology and its tools.• Coordinate the Management Committee of Seguros Banamex.• Provide information, metrics and reports to senior management for decision making.
