As well as creativity and artistry, I had to demonstrate management, flexibility, prioritisation and data analysis to bring this ambitious project to fruition. In just four months, I created a 'useful product' for parents looking to offer their children interesting musical activities, even if they are not musicians. The experience also gave me the opportunity to work with a publishing house and learn how to work effectively as part of a team. I understood what was at stake for each member of the editorial team, learned how to solve creative and technical challenges and closely monitored the reactions of our audience to improve the final product. All this helped me to develop my communication, leadership and problem-solving skills - qualities that are essential for success as a product manager. This experience has been rewarding in so many ways and has made a major contribution to my professional development! We were able to stage two concerts in collaboration with the Fondation Biermans-Lapôtre at the Cité Universitaire: Terra Nullius - Notes du Venezuela Contemporain, a tribute to Armando Cañizales, a young musician belonging to al Sistema who was murdered during a demonstration against the Venezuelan government, and Venezuela Folkchromatique: a concert by the Ensemble Notes Actives and its solo musicians featuring contemporary musical creations based on the works of French-Venezuelan visual artist Carlos Cruz-Diez and traditional music from Venezuela. 20 to 28 March 2015, Venezuela "Ad Libitum" Contemporary Music Festival.
