CurrentAs a B2B Supply Chain Planner, I am responsible for orchestrating the seamless flow of products to meet the specific demands of our business-to-business (B2B) customers.This involves collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods.My role is centered around understanding the unique needs of B2B clients and aligning our supply chain activities to meet those requirements effectively.Responsibilities:- Analyze B2B customer demand patterns and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast product needs- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet B2B customer requirements while optimizing inventory levels- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products to B2B clients- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain efficiency for B2B operations- Collaborate with B2B customers to understand their specific logistics and delivery requirements- Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions for B2B customers- Utilize supply chain management systems to track product movements and ensure on-time deliveries to B2B clients- Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
