Advisory and capacity building support to the ongoing programmes of the network, supervisory role to the Coordinators' Board; Technical and logistical support for the regional and international trainings, communicating with the training faculty and preparing agendas, conducting workshops at Advanced Trainings of Trainers (http://bit.ly/ujGfsQ) Theatre Based Peer Education Trainings (http://bit.ly/vrv3Bw) and Project Development and Management Trainings, participants’ performance evaluation and recommendations for further field involvement, reporting;

Facilitate the developemet of the AWP and ensure the follow-up; Coordinate Y-PEER related activities at the International level and assist the UNFPA Regional Offices and fellow International Coordinators in the planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of listed activities; Coordinate the establishment of new Y-PEER networks and ongoing mentoring and support to exsistant country networks; Collaboration with national NGOs and governmental institutions in the hosting country working in the area of ASRH; Repressent Y-PEER at different events and meetings, initiate strategic partnerships; Ensure participation of Y-PEER members in every relevant regional and/or global meetings/activities (such as round tables for various strategies, provide comments for relevant documents i.e. strategy, policy papers); Facilitate selection process and recruitment of young people to participate at different Y-PEER related activities on national, regional and international levels; Setting the ground for “Y-PEER Foundation”; Createion of internal monitoring tool for International Coordinators and reporting system;

Coordinate the planning, recourse mobilization, implementation and M&E of the Y-PEER activities in Macedonia; Ensure Y-PEER promotion on the national and regional/international level and insure greater representation of different NGOs and other institutions that work on youth SRHR promotion in the Y-PEER Network; Communicate with partners and recruitment into the network; Coordinate the process of translation and adaptation of the Standards in Peer Education in Macedonia; Facilitate the production of short educational movies; Promoting opportunities for the network members; Organizing and conducting trainings and events; Facilitate the internal and external communication channels and PR of the networks’ activities; Providing linkages from the grassroots to international level; Managing the national web site; Reporting;

Coordinating a comprehensive harm reduction package of medical, legal and social assistance for people who use drugs and their families

Providing medical treatment, as part of a comprehensive harm reduction package, of injection-related and common health problems of people who use drugs; Education and counseling on effects of drug use, opportunities for treatment of drug addiction and prevention of blood and sexually transmitted infections; Referrals.

Help develop Y-PEER Center’s systems and procedures, and ensure they are followed and utilized; Help develop performance assessment system for the Y-PEER Fellows; Develop and maintain database of Y-PEER members, publications and documents, training workshops, events, meetings and other educational opportunities; Assist in creation of Y-PEER International online system for data collection/analysis, facilitate collection of information and data on national network activities, data on Y-PEER outreach and training follow-up and take part in the analysis of the collected data for monitoring and evaluation purposes; Contribute in developing the “Assessment of Y-PEER National Networks’ structures, capacities and needs”; Support in developing the PETRI Marketing strategy; Manage Y-PEER communications, including Y-PEER News Bulletin, Y-PEER Newsletter, web page and press releases as required; Through different modalities ensure representation of Y-PEER network at advocacy events/activities on SRH incl. HIV/AIDS conducted at national, regional or international level, e.g. ICPD WP review and follow-up, IAC and WYC 2010 preparation; Coordination of the logistics and organization of Y-PEER PETRI-Sofia events in collaboration with the NCPHA, UNFPA and Y-PEER ICs, Advise on the content, design, dissemination and use of Y-PEER materials; Timely reporting; Ensure smooth hand-over for the upcoming fellows

Coordinate activities targeting youth (trainings, meetings, development of publications, web-site updates, etc.) on national level and assist the UNFPA CO in the planning, implementation and M&E of listed activities; Manage Y-PEER National list-serve, generate forum discussions, and update it with new members; Assist UNFPA CO in the selection process and recruitment of young people to participate at different activities; Advice UNFPA CO on the content, design, dissemination and use of materials; Develop institutional strengthening plan to enable expansion of the network throughout the territory of the whole country, strengthening of outreach through development of new communications/information means; Cordinate the „August – Month of Youth“ project

Trainer of Trainers for sexual and reproductive health and rights (HIV/AIDS, STIs, Contraception, gender issues etc.), trainer at 6 Y-PEER National Trainings of Trainers and over 100 trainings for peer educators; leading SRHR workshops, coordinate communication with the educators and schools, monitoring and evaluation of educators’ performance, recruiting peer educators from different NGOs in Y-PEER; involvement in planning, implementing and monitoring programme activities; organizing meetings, trainings, preparing agendas, budget preparation and implementation; communication with stakeholders and PR of the activities; organizing promotional and educational activities within the Youth Friendly Health Centres; organizing workshops with vulnerable groups (Roma, MSM, children in institutions, soldiers); coordinating World Aids Day 2006 campaign in Macedonia; Reporting
