Daily Responsibilities:• Vendor Liaison: Serve as the main contact between vendors and consultants to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.• Marketing Strategy: Follow and implement marketing strategies to achieve the best results.• Opportunity Discovery: Find and match candidates with relevant job opportunities.• Outreach: Make cold calls and send emails to reach potential candidates and clients.• Coordination: Handle all aspects of vendor interactions, including submissions, feedback, rates, interviews, offers, and onboarding.• Recruitment Tools: Use online recruitment tools and job boards to source candidates.• Documentation: Keep detailed records of daily activities and report relevant data to senior management.Candidate Responsibilities:• Full-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire process of candidate marketing, from initial contact to final placement.• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.• Candidate Insight: Understand candidates' backgrounds, skills, preferences, and needs to match them with suitable job opportunities.• Opportunity Matching: Identify and present job opportunities that fit candidates' profiles.Vendor/Recruiter Responsibilities:• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships with vendors and recruiters from various companies.• Database Management: Create and manage a comprehensive database of vendors.• Job Description Understanding: Fully understand client job descriptions and gather any additional information as needed.• Candidate Selection: Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet job requirements, check their availability, and consider current interviews or offers to make the best selection.
