Orange Capital Partners (OCP) is a real estate investment- and asset management firm based in Amsterdam.  The company was founded in 2014 and currently employs 15 people. OCP is a joint venture partner for international pension funds, investment banks and family offices. OCP has two separate investment teams focused on Dutch residential and Dutch retail opportunities. The OCP team has an outstanding track-record in sourcing, executing and managing complex real estate transactions. Since 2014 the team has succesfully executed more than €500mn of transactions. Today OCP manages a high-quality residential portfolio of +3,000 units in the Randstad, and a portfolio of 8 Shopping Centres across the Netherlands.

Work with the entire accountancy spectrum from accounts receivable and accounts payable to profit and loss accounts and balance sheets. Work across areas of general ledger, actively manage the treasury aspects of the company and liaise with colleagues from different cultures.- Prepare treasury transactions on timely basis and ensure accuracy prior to passing to the supervisor for checking and the Finance & Control Manager for approval. The treasury transactions relate to settlement of receipts, payments, investments, and loans;- Check accuracy of invoices upon receipt. Booking invoices into accountancy system. Prepare payments of invoices received collecting all relevant documents for authorization;- Ensure timely statutory reporting for the referenced companies (consolidated accounts: Head Offices and plus Branches);- Ensure good understanding of actual (including analytical review versus previous year / budget) and timely management reporting to the headquarters following IFRS and US GAAP;- Ensure good understanding of budget and unsure timely preparation of the annual budgets, monthly actual and quarterly forecasts;- Liaise with personnel in the companies foreign branches to maintain a fluid day to day operating relationship;- Prepare invoicing of sales of hydrocarbons, joint venture costs or other costs as applicable.- Ensure the timely reporting to the DNB (Dutch national bank);- Preparing daily periodical analysis and resposible for the preperation of several annual statements.

Main responsibilities: performing internal audits on participations of dealerships and reporting back to the management.
