Swimming Club Zlin provides swimming lessons for public as well as competitive training for members. Swimming Club Zlin belongs to one of the most succesful swimming clubs in Czech Republic. My responsibilty is to run this club together with executive board.

My main responsibility on this position is to develop and grow Construction business unit which produce a and sales plastic products for building industry (PVC and TPO). This includes setting up the marketing and sale strategy, HRM and coordination of the proces purchasing - production - marketing (sale). I was responsible for more than 40 people. Our turnover in 2012 was more than 52 mil. EUR (40 mil in 2011, 33 mil. in 2010 and 28 mil. EUR in 2009) and our products were sold to more than 40 countries.

In Fatra I work in B2B environmet. My duties here are seting up the marketing strategy (in cooperation with a sales department), set up the positioning and communication strategy. Im running the marketing department, which goals also include market analysis and new market projects developments. Basically I'm responsible for 4P's strategies and effective marketing communication (ROI).

This was great experience working for big online company. I was responsible for all marketing activities and marketing department in general. We had a team of 10 marketing professionals (PR specialists, grafic designers, online and offline marketers) inhouse, but most of the activities were outsourced. I was responsible mainly for communication strategy, branding, growing customer base and managing (coaching) marketing department (staff).

I was responsible for running the Prince Alfred Park Pool in Sydney for almost two seasons. The pool was run by LeisureCo AUS Ltd under management contract for Sydney City Council. Responsibilities included managing staff of 15 people, dealing with the contractors, key customer,partners and Sydney council representatives. The facility also included Cafe shop, Retail shop and small swim school.
