Developed the North American and European market for Commercial Vehicle Ride Control solutions (shock absorbers) to Magneti Marelli Cofap, negotiating LTAs with OEMs and achieving over MU$S 20 in sales after 3 years.

Responsible for Commercial Vehicle customers (Trucks and Trailers OEMs) in Latin America and Europe introducing shock absorbers and cabin suspension systems to new and existing platforms. Incremented the business in both continents achieving over MUS$ 30 in sales after 4 years. Managed the North American Truck and Trailer market during the transfer of the plant from Toronto to Queretaro, Mexico.

Responsible for the QS 9000 in the Cobourg plant. Implemented projects based on the Six Sigma methodology to improve first pass color, productivity and incremental capacity. Executed DOE's, process simulation and calculation of SPAM for the SP & S business. (Special Products and Services). The plant runs "just in time" operation for small lots and customized color plastic batches for the automotive, computer, phone and general plastic markets

Visited customers all over Canada introducing silicone and epoxy products for different market sectors such as: aeronautic, construction, electronic, painting and composite industry. Initiated the first contact, developed the formulation, product application support, pricing and closed the order or contract. Promoted the product at high level merchandise to assure the best payback for the investment. Prepared sales budget by product and by customer.

Consultant to Stepan; introducing Stepan products to the Brazilian market and the first General Manager for the Brazilian affiliate.

Responsible for the Nitrocellulose plant with 5 departments; production, maintenance, process engineering, quality and logistics. The company is one of the 4 global producers of Nitrocellulose lacqua grade in the world. The unit had 250 employees working 24/7.

Managing with a partner an import/export chemical business based in Miami, USA. Buying chemicals and specialties in North America and exporting to Brazil.

Hired to be the Plant Manager for the former Diamond Shamrock plant producing specialty chemicals for different market sectors such as: agrochemical, cosmetics, household, petroleum, mining, textile, pulp and paper, paint and varnish; food additives, leather treatment and sugar cane defoamers. Plant operating 24/7 with 250 employees with 6 departments; production, process engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, human resources and logistics. Added a new sulfonation unit built with G. Mazzoni technology. Later was transferred to the Technology Service and Development Laboratory of specialty chemicals as manager; dealing with customers requirements and new developments. This laboratory had 65 specialists divided into groups to support new formulation developments for the market sectors supplied by the company.

Responsible for the production of Epoxy Resins and Hardeners (Araldite product line). As a production engineer streamlined processes to improve productivity in the plant. Had 45 employees in the plant operating 24/7. This plant is located in Taboao da Serra, SP, Brazil.

As manufacturing manager had responsibility for the production of silicone emulsions, dispersions, fluids, sealants and silicone rubber (HTV and RTV). Developed new manufacturing process for the production of silicone emulsions and dispersions. The plant is located in Jandira, SP, Brazil.

Responsible for implementation of new projects in the lube oil additive plant taking care of the design engineering department and maintenance technicians. Restarted up the plant after solving problems happened during the previous start up. This department had 30 maintenance technicians. The plant is located in Maua, SP, Brazil.

Hired as a co-op and later became process and project engineer. Trained in USA, Carrollton, KY and Midland, MI, facilities; started up the 200 Fluid (Polidimethylsiloxane) continuous process making fluid in different viscosities at the Sumare Plant, SP, in Brazil.
