I have demonstrated abilities in Government Relations and Communication while developing political-negotiation strategies that resolve crises and conflicts, create multilateral partnerships, and activate multi-million dollar funds and investments.I manage diplomatic relations and institutional lobbying activities. I have drafted and negotiated 30 bilateral agreements for crisis management and humanitarian aid in countries including Namibia, Italy, Niger, Slovakia, the Holy See, Ukraine, Panama, and Poland, leading to the implementation of numerous medical-social projects. I have also worked on policy development and legislative interventions related to professional licensing laws and Third Sector Register enrollment, securing funds for international E-Health technology development projects in Benin, Cameroon, Togo, Senegal, and Brazil.In crisis management, humanitarian aid, and fundraising, I coordinated the collection of โฌ60M for projects in the Ukrainian crisis and โฌ10M for the Holy Family Hospital in Bethlehem. I organized one of the first humanitarian corridors in Gaza during the conflict, supporting over 15,000 people. I also coordinated Ebola relief efforts in Liberia and developed a best practice exchange model for migrant and refugee reception, used by five countries. I created an online platform (Doctors-to-Doctors) across three continents for scientific exchanges on COVID-19 crisis management and managed medical services for the Jubilee (21 million pilgrims) and World Youth Day in Panama.I participated in over 40 missions and official visits with Heads of Government and Ministers in more than 30 countries.
