Na het behalen van mijn Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde (BBA) aan de Hoge Hotelschool in Maastricht, heb ik ervaring opgedaan bij verschillende afdelingen van 4- en 5-sterrenhotels. In 2007 vertrok ik voor een jaar naar Vancouver, Canada waar ik met veel plezier heb gewoond en gewerkt.Eenmaal terug in Nederland heb ik kort gewerkt bij Htel Serviced Apartments als Account Manager, waarna ik aan de slag kon bij mijn voormalige werkgever Sodexo. Ik heb gewerkt als District Supervisor op Schiphol Airport, waarbij ik operationeel medeverantwoordelijk was voor 18 restaurants en lounges binnen het district, en als Cateringmanager, waarbij ik mijn eigen restaurants beheerde voor grote en hoogwaardige klanten. Met teams van maximaal tien mensen slaagde ik er constant in om de algehele bedrijfsvoering te verbeteren, inclusief gast- en klanttevredenheid en de financiële situatie.Vervolgens ben ik in mei 2018 naar het hoofdkantoor van Sodexo verhuisd om de afdeling QHSE te ondersteunen als data-analist en systeembeheerder. In die tijd werd ook Sodexo zwaar getroffen door de voortdurende coronacrisis en eind december 2020 heb ik Sodexo na meer dan tien jaar trouwe dienst moeten verlaten.Ik koos voor een rol in de detachering en ging bij GGD GHOR NL aan de slag in de functie van Vendor Manager/Service Level Manager, met als doel om juist diezelfde COVID-19 pandemie te bestrijden. Bijna twee jaar later, in juni 2023, ben ik bij i4talent begonnen, een detacheringsbureau in de finance, data en IT met als missie #deleukstedetacheerdervanNederland.
