As Data Analyst and System Adminstrator for the QHSE department at Sodexo's main office, my goal is to make sure all users have access to the systems they need, reports are run, actions are taken, communication is sent, people are informed and that I do my part to insure a safer workplace for all colleagues at Sodexo. Managing a team of 15-20 contractors to ensure regular attendance, accuracy and prioritization of work and high productivity in the Sales Back Office in Vancouver. - Leading specific areas or projects within the SBO - Able to organize, delegate, and track work among staff- Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment- Work with other SBO Team Leads/Managers either within Vancouver or remote locations to ensure overall coordination - Provide input to the processes and infrastructure of the SBO - Provide input to the SBO communications efforts including weekly updates, tips and tricks, all-hands calls, etc.- Provide updates, reporting and information for meetings and presentations as needed.- Work with other departments as needed or assigned - Experience with data entry, SBO, contract employees and financial systems a definite asset- Other duties as needed.
