Bridging strategy, operational capability and people leadership, I have most recently enabled the expansion of global disruptor Gopuff across the UK and Europe, leading strategic planning, business model mobilisation, and the hiring, onboarding and training of our extended teams and contractors in business execution. Driving growth, optimisation and consolidation simultaneously while providing consistent and uniting leadership in an environment of high change, we have established a strong regional footprint and continuous improvement mind-set that continues to deliver exceptional performance. Prior to this I worked in retail at senior leadership level for more than a decade. Highlights include working on the operationalisation of two high profile initiatives as part of Morrison’s ‘Fix, Build and Regrow’ strategy, as a voice of the business on a program that has shaped the roadmap for 490 stores across the UK, and leading 122 stores for Woolworths Australia as a state (regional) manager. Underpinning all of this is a strong leadership orientation and a belief in the fundamental value of people, a desire to take on responsibility, a passion in challenging myself every day, and an unwavering belief that hard work pays off.     Engaged to provide robust leadership to the Surry Hills store whilst it was undergoing a potentially disruptive renovation project, I partnered with internal and external stakeholders to understand the building schedule and develop aligned operations plans.
