Driving growth, optimisation and consolidation simultaneously while providing consistent and uniting leadership in an environment of high change, we have established a strong regional footprint and continuous improvement mind-set that continues to deliver exceptional performance. Prior to this I worked in retail at senior leadership level for more than a decade. Highlights include working on the operationalisation of two high profile initiatives as part of Morrison’s ‘Fix, Build and Regrow’ strategy, as a voice of the business on a program that has shaped the roadmap for 490 stores across the UK, and leading 122 stores for Woolworths Australia as a state (regional) manager. Underpinning all of this is a strong leadership orientation and a belief in the fundamental value of people, a desire to take on responsibility, a passion in challenging myself every day, and an unwavering belief that hard work pays off.
