With 20+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance, I decided to start a company devoted to take care of Client's Accounting. Ideal clients: small or medium Companies with Owners willing to cooperate with Accounting, so that Accounting can provide the best practice in the job, following the laws and regulations in Croatia.

In charge of complete Accounting processes for all the Clients

Start of business operations of Sunset Beach Dubrovnik in 2017. required establishing the Accounting dept. and setting up all accounting procedures, forming a team, and implementing a new software. This was also linked to operational procedures, for example in part of material accounting and internal control.I am in charge of all Accounting & Finance tasks, including:- booking of all accounting documents and transactions, - financial transactions, - salary calculation, - required legal reporting, - taking care of company's cash flow etc.From Feb '19 till Apr '21 my role was extended to Member of Board, with broader responsibility regarding all Company level decisions and actions.

As GL Accountant I covered all Finance & Accounting tasks within the local Company, including day-to-day cash and wire payments, AP & GL entries, regular monthly BS & PL reporting, forecasting for upcoming period, and closing business books for the year.

Leading a Collecting team for over two years, I managed to become proficient in recognizing the risk grade of our partners and therefore became valuable support in Company's contracting processes. Being firstly in charge of receivables collecting, my priorities were supervision, guidance and coordinating of day-to-day collecting efforts of my team, but also reporting to the superior levels and communicating with other departments (such as Sales and Legal) in order to provide highest (and fastest) possible level of collecting. My mission is to upgrade Collecting processes of the Company by implementing best industry practice, and therefore achieving excellence in collecting results.

Strong background in controlling and accounting domain of the big hotel company, followed by torough experience in finance on the position of the Assistant FCO director, enabled me to become an all-in-one finance professional for hospitality industry. As an FCO director assistant I managed Company's day-to-day Cash flow, with most attention on loan and other liabilities. Job included regular contacts with the Banks, leasing institutions, partners and other departments of the Company, as also producing special analysis necessary to Decision makers of the Company. I was directly responsible for finance dept. functioning and directly monitored Internal Control dept.

As an Accounting officer I worked on VAT calculation and bookkeeping, property analytics and Company's stocks evidenting, accounts payable and accounts receiveable and so on.

As a Controller at Controlling dept. I mostly worked at data processing and reports producing and analysis, on daily, montly and yearly basis. Job also included cooperation in budgeting process, analysis of discrepancy in realization vs. budget an forecasting.
