Kort en bondig komt het hier op neer: Het DISC model brengt voorkeursgedrag, sterke kanten en communicatie in kaart. Dit wordt gegroepeerd in vier hoofdstijlen namelijk D, I, S en C. DISC bevordert open communicatie, helpt conflicten op te lossen en te verminderen, versterkt relaties en de samenwerking in teams, vergroot effectiviteit in de verschillende lagen van een organisatie. DISC kent vele toepassingsmogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld bij teambegeleiding gericht op samenwerking.Q4 Profiles onderzoekt, analyseert en deelt kennis over communicatie en menselijk gedrag. Onze gevalideerde vragenlijsten en laagdrempelige, praktisch toepasbare Profielen bereiken en raken de mens. Onze Profielen brengen verschillende lagen van communicatie en gedrag in kaart.
