The Outcomes Star™ both measures and supports progress for service users towards self-reliance or other goals. The Stars are designed to be completed collaboratively as an integral part of keywork. They are sector wide tools - fourteen different versions of the Star include homelessness, mental health, family and young people.

A support service organisation for the not for for profit sector and SMEs with specific interest in sustainability, evaluation,volunteering, quality, HR support and interim management.

North Down YMCA - a voluntary organisation working with children, young people, families and the community, with particular regard to those who are disadvantaged or disaffected. Developed a vision and strategy which enabled the Association to improve the capacity and quality of its needs-led programmes to an increased client base, from 20 participants to 450 participants per week.

Responsible for creation of the Association’s strategy and leading its development coupled with the management of its financial, property and other resources.Developed and delivered a number of social enterprise initiatives including two fitness centres and two daycare and afterschool facilities for children. Shifting dependence on public funding from 87% to 14%.
