Financials Accurate & correct reporting of Company’s Financial Statements through monthly & yearly basis to be reported to Managing Director; Monitors, reports bank balances and reconciliation statement Monthly payable preparation and reconciliation; Daily Income report reconciliation Responsible for VAT returns & reports (as per FTA required) Prepares Financial documents for the Audit purposes. Payroll Administrator – Salary preparation accordance with WPS & UAE labour law; Facilitates new employee bank account opening and salary transfersAdmin & HR Liaise with PRO for all compliance of visa applications, transfer, cancellation and other transactions needed; Handling Rentals Renewal, Business Insurance, DHA license, Trade license renewals and documentations; HR documentations & correspondence; Preparation of Offer letter / labour contracts for the new employees; Keeping employees files and updating the same; Recruiting, Qualification, Evaluation and Interviewing candidates for the possible works for the company; Any jobs that may be assigned from time to time;
