Ivy has amazing cultural intelligence, her ability to get people to work together towards a common goal enables her to transform ideas to reality. Ivy loves to experiment and get things built. Ivy is meticulous and loves understanding the detail of how thinks work and fit together so that the end product shines. Ivy loves spending time on construction sites with the builders furthering her knowledge on how they build things. She loves to pass on this knowledge mentoring and training young designers.In her spare time Ivy likes to bake. For her, there is a great similarity between baking and building workplaces. Like a cake with many ingredients, fit-out projects have many components and stakeholders. Ivy likes to combine these ingredients in a different way each time, so her workplaces are full of unique flavours. In addition to her work at DARE, Ivy has 2 young children and enjoys balancing her family with her passion for her work.
