Training Coordinator
Current- Performs critical permit audit/safety inspection and critical procedure audit when they get turned in.- Develops and maintains LMS, ESOM rounds, Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Procedures, training plans.- Develops, facilitates and leads in new hires and Co-Ops orientations, procedure review, training orientation and refresher training.- Reviews REC and MOC recommendations and work with cross-team organizations to progress appropriately complete the tasks.- Manages Ethylene unit Consequences of Deviation (COD) Tables for all Independent Protection Layers (IPL) equipment.- Supports multiple cross functional projects in developing training plans and maintaining training materials, ESOM, Smart Procedure, and critical procedure reports/audits for end users.- Analyzes, incorporated, and applies new information and concepts to support problem solving.- Recognizes symptoms that indicate problems and seeks to remove obstacles affecting productivity and makes timely decisions on problems/issues requiring immediate attention.- Plans and prioritizes work effectively and provides sound rational for recommendations.- Establishes and maintains methods for managing job knowledge and facilitating teamwork.
