As HRBP for all the sBU regional headquarter employees, central marketing and China Technical Center (headcount appr. 240 as of July 2014) with regard to selection and recruitment, employee performance management, training & development platform, employee communication/relationship, engagement survey, and all the other staffing activities in order for a smooth and professional HR supporting in line with BU/SBU guidelines/policies and towards business/line managers’ satisfactory. During Oct. 2006- Sep. 2010, I worked in Dow Chemical – Powder Coatings Shanghai Plant as HR&Admin Supervisor. This company was acquired by Akzo Nobel and closed in 2010. My job duties as below:• Coordinate with lines managers to set up manpower plan and recruitment conduct as requested (CV selection, test, interview...) to ensure that all vacancies are filled within targeted time• Manage and prepare offer letters, labor contract, termination and renewal to ensure in compliance with local laws and relevant company policies.• Prepare the personnel changes, such as: salary review, promotion, dismissal, reward, discipline and other laborers' related policies to get approval in compliance with local laws and company policy • Work with HR manager to prepare salary calculation monthly to ensure that salary will be paid to employees on time and accurately. • Make annual training plan. Assist each department on completing training plan for employee, and follow up the post training evaluation and analysis. Make sure the training resources are managed and used in an effective way.• Manage the administration department work for whole plant. Make sure the canteen supplier, security, agency driver, cleaner work in compliance with company regulations and EHS policies. Encourage service consciousness for the admin staffs and facilitate the employee’s satisfaction for the company through our admin works.• Organize company events in order to promote employees’ engagement

• Responsible for the structured human resource related aspects in order to meet rapid business development.• Work with HQ HR team to implement new salary structure and facilitate new employee handbook.• Monitor compensation management systems, which are both competitive and equitable to acquire and retain high quality employee. • Ensure that the company meets local legal and social obligations in connection with all employment matters as set down by the government. • Calculate payroll through collecting all related data according to local payroll policies and procedures, provide payroll reports to General Manager and conduct payroll distribution and banking process after local GM’s approval in order to ensure accurate and complete payout.• Expatriate matters (employee VISA, work permit, contract, residence permit, apartment rental)Achievements: - Support new plant to increase headcount from 70 to 110 by recruitment- Improve employees engagement (town hall meeting, sports, family day)- Reduce turnover rate(25% down to 14%) and improve employee relationship- Standardized process of agency carExit reason: personal development
