I utilized Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads to create plan sheets for various project stages including no-plans, conceptual designs, percentage plans, and more. I worked on a wide range of projects including both safety improvements and new roadway design. Project clients ranged from private developers to municipalities and VDOT.

I analyzed intersections and corridors to determine crash patterns and contributing crash factors, evaluated possible solutions, and implemented the recommended solutions. I placed and monitored video traffic counters and processed the data for use in traffic signal evaluations and pedestrian improvements.

I organized, indexed, redacted and Bates stamped files, requested medical and police records, undertook legal research, communicated with companies, analyzed depositions, and completed other office tasks.
