• Responsible in making sure that the team leaders in his/her group meet their quota.• Oversees the business group by performance metrics keeping.• Oversees staffing of agents within the group based on client’s outlined programsa. makes recommendations on agent account transfers, both interdepartmental and intradepartmental transfers and assignment of trainees.b. Sees to it that all per seat accounts must have agent/s assigned to make calls.• Finds ways and means to maintain/achieve/reach the targeted quota of the whole group on a daily basis• Must have a copy of the leads or appointments made for the day or the month.• Gets the summary reports of the production• during his/her shift he should regularly check on the production of the teams assigned to him.• Endorses Team Leaders and Quality Analysts for promotion to the Client Services Manager at the same time recommends them for suspension due to justifiable cause/s.• Meets with the Team leaders, Quality Analysts, Researchers and on a regular basis and updates them on department needs.• Coordinates with the Account Manager the current status of each account, suggests actions or changes to heighten the probability of success of the client’s campaign with BDA.• In charge of any required or requested lists that need to be uploaded.• Monitors the DA(Daily Attendance) ratio of the whole group. Finds and suggests ways on how to lessen absenteeism in the group.• Makes the schedule of the TLs, and Quality Analysts.• Reports directly to the Client Services Manager. in the absence of an Client Services Manager, reports directly to the Regional General Managers.• Performs other tasks assigned by the Client Services Manager or the Regional General Managers. • Coordinates with clients on a regular basis
