• Plan and Schedule materials, assemblies, and production equipment to meet manufacturing plans• Host the weekly S&OP review with TS, to align on the forecast and plan capacity to meet demand, proactively to increase/release resources on Transportation BU• Develop material plan by interfacing with the Sales group to determine ongoing product need as well planning for one-time programs• Maintain all information affecting the Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM’s) • Forecast modelling and seasonal trend analysis, analyze inventory data to maintain the optimum level of inventory, material planning in support of purchasing and new product introduction. Drive cost reductions• Leads production schedule reviews presented to management, support all corporate data request. Maintain delivery performance metrics and report performance monthly• Component board admin, support to Component Engineer with EOL and Obsolescence input from supply base• RDSL/PDSL performance measurement, OEM sales order admin

-According to weekly production plan( Delivery plan of the customers,capacity& stock objective of the company) Make weekly release schedule(MRP) for materials to suppliers;-Accordingly to short term MRP, pull in and push out schedule of orders,ensure no line down for production , and no excess material stock;-According to stock objective ,Make weekly delivery loading list for oversea materials to 3PL warehouse , make weekly delivery loading list for MILKRUN materials ,Plan and schedule to achieve on time delivery ;- Work together with Im&Ex to collect shipping documents from supplier and support custom clearance for oversea shipment.-Make weekly inventory days analysis , and slow moving analysis for each month, to control inventory under reasonable level.-Monitor and control customer demand fluctuations and authorized limits within the frozen period,Initiate premium freight requests when applicable and corrective action;-Maintain planning data to ERP system, such as MOQ,PLT,Safety stock etc, eusure to run ERP system smoothly,-EDI data daily refresh,Kanban ,ASN issues handle;EOP,ECR follow up;-Maintains open communication with key suppliers;-Resolve customer delivery shortages;-Escalate supply/productivity related issues;-Team Drive

1.According to monthly forecast ,sales orders and production plan, Run MRP, get materials demand, release purchase orders to suppliers based on MRP;2.Working out the material shortage report, to chase buyer for the urgent raw material pull in and excess push out, communicating with buyer and PM for the project based raw material status update; 3.Analyze on hand/ on order inventory and propose to Management by model to reduce plant inventory ; 4.Overlapping planning for localization materials5.Follow up on material deliveries from suppliers, Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and no line down in production;6.Re-confirm sales orders base on latest material status, Communicate with production to fix production plan to ensure on time delivery to customer; 7.Collect and confirm the invoice from supplier, submit invoice and related documents to Casher for supplier payment.8.Supplier performance, Inventory report, KPI, submitted every month

--According to sales purchase request , create the purchase order to the suppliers in Singapore and Europe;--Request the approval for the purchasing order from the manager;--Tracking the shipment referring to the order confirmation;--communicate with some concern departments(workshop&sales department&store)--Complete responsibility for all import and export process (customs declaration, packing lists, delivery note, invoices,....)- In charge of domestics and overseas logistics issues.--- Control freight, packaging, storage and document charges according to agreement with partners.
