Two pilot projects1) Visualization of Sea Freight Logistics- Defining the project scope and working out implementation program in terms of the project objectives.- Coordinating with all participants and promoting the project progress.- Carry out case studies based on the pilot project outcomes and submit case study report on APEC CTI meeting.- Exploring the potential project cooperation of trade facilitation and international supply chain connectivity amongst member ports.2) Digitalization of Air Freight Logistics- Following up and coordinating for project phase one.- Keeping close relationship with IATA and apply IATA e-freight standard for the pilot project. - Reached the objective of project phase one and launch the system on single window platform.- Completed the pilot project bilingual report based on the outcome of project phase one.- Set the objective and scope of project phase two.2.
