• Report to HR General manager• Subordinate: 5• Fully in charge of recruitment of all department including recruiting in-house recruitment, campus recruitment and so on;• Establish company’s recruiting system and prefect recruiting process in order to make more effective;;• Make recruiting solution according to different positions and lead the team executive recruitment;• Management all kinds of recruiting channels such as recruiting website, inner infernal, project outsourcing, manpower outsourcing, headhunter and so on;

Interface with candidates and explore their skills and experience in depth in order to match with company's requirements.Interface with department heads to find out specific requirements of each job vacancy.Prepare interview summaries on candidates for presentation to department heads and follow up with candidates to close the search job.Work closely with internal clients and recruitment firms to fulfill recruitment needs in a timely and efficient mannerTo co-ordinate and conduct a new hire orientation program to ensure new hires are familiar with company values,Arrange or attend interviews with department heads/line managersAd-hoc HR projects e.g. graduate recruitment program (Liaising with universities and students in project regions, responsible for coordinating careers fairs, liaising with students and managing the student marketing campaign for the company. Working closely with colleagues in other offices, and coordinate the whole graduate recruitment process including the screening of CVs, interviewing and offer management.Ensure new hired employees receive appropriate training and exposure to different areas of the business.Be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of job descriptions for each positionAssist department heads in reviewing the distribution of duties and responsibilities of staff
