Conduct business intelligence reports. Periodically for market trend and vendor performance evaluation.• Fully understand and master internal project operations processes in order to evaluate and access business opportunities for improvements.• Partner with the support department to develop solutions and make proposals based on customer needs.• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product quality and project schedule throughout the whole project life cycle to meet business requirements while prioritizing ROI, cost-effectiveness, and value.
