Reminding our elderly that live in our nursing homes that they are not forgotten and we still care. We visit with them regularly and take gifts to them on or around each holiday. So many have no family or friends left to check on them, some may live out of state while some were put there and no one came back. I started visiting and gifting 10 elders each Christmas with little simple bags from 2006-2010 but 2010 Christmas was when I started getting help from many of my Facebook friends. With their help, it gave me a new drive and a new mission. Together we gift around 850 elders each holiday. I started my 501c3 non-profit in Feb 2016 hoping to get more help from businesses and to help make others aware of the need of our mission. My goal for Christmas 2017 is to reach 1000 elders. I set my goals higher each year. I may not make it but still determined to reach it and will continue to raise my goal each year. We are not a big organization but I am super PROUD of what we achieve with the help that we receive.
