Conduct HW/SW usability tests at EVT and DVT stages for multiple products, reporting usability issues to product team (ID, UI, GUI, PM) to improve user experience and brand image before MP.3. Shape interaction experience: define LED and button behaviors for better interaction between user and products.4.
