Hello all! Having been a deans list student, graduated Summa Cum Laude and in the Honors Program at Utah Valley University with a Bachelors in Communications, much of my work ethic comes from time management, being a self-starter, and dependable.I am fascinated by all things content creation such as photography, videography, poetry, and editing. I have experience in several social media platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Cision, Microsoft Suite, and am Hootsuite certified. I also have experience in customer service for over 3.5 years and have assisted members through phone calls, chats, and email contacts. I have been awarded for my adherence to scheduling, awarded as “most valuable person” on my team, complimented on my performance from members and supervisors with positive feedback, and awarded for fulfilling my duties above expectations as employee of the month in a call center of over 1,000 agents. I have assisted in capturing feedback, upselling products, customer retention, and effectively communicating through many formats. I am also fluent in the Spanish language.I have an adoration for writing and creating content having been a Training Content Author and currently as a corporate and internal communications specialist. I have developed a great deal of appreciation for those behind the scenes, and what comes of a training department. I enjoy teaching others and writing material for everyone to understand.
