Integrated mobile fundraising technologies into gala program to ensure interactive, on-screen, text-messaging capabilities. Prepared presenters and provided real-time advice when fundraising with a live audience. STETWIN CONSULTING - Assisted Event Managers with queueing presenters, checking in guests, reviewing Run of Show cues with AV team, and verifying seating and table settings. SELFHELP COMMUNITY SERVICES - Processed donations using Raiser’s Edge, merged acknowledgments, updated event website, created journal ads, and followed up with attendees and journal ad sponsors.

• Managed a portfolio of 208 major gift prospects, raising $428,000 in six months. Closed a $1.5M pledge.• Specialized in Charitable Gift Annuities (CGA), IRA Rollovers, Life Insurance, and Charitable Remainder Trusts. • Developed and produced CGA brochure targeting School of Education alumni.

Taught American History, Global History, Introductory Spanish, and Intermediate Spanish. Chosen by the graduating class of 1996 to be their Faculty Speaker for commencement ceremonies at Lincoln Center.

Managed the construction of a five-room, $30,000 high school for a community of 1,200. Authored a USAID grant that was later used as a model for future volunteers. Organized community-wide campaigns aimed at reducing parasitic infections among children and improving water safety.
