Deeply involve in business strategy discussion;Co-work with COE and diagnose the organization problem;Provide HR professional advice/solutions to related issues (compliance, compensation, training, etc.);Design and deploy communication mechanism to ensure a healthy organizational status.

1. Define and plan the HR annual priorities to support the business;2. Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes;3. Provide HR solutions and lead the delivery effort for organization development and talent development; 4.Implement HR programs by collaborating with function HR teams;5. Build the communication mechanism to provide feedback, coaching and information to management as well as contribute to employee engagement.

This position is designed to overlook all HR related issues in Beijing office, working closely with business stakeholders, includes but not limited to:1. Recruiting - Mainly for middle level or above position, coordinate in campus recruiting(if any);2. C & B Project - initiate or participate into C & B projects required by business or initiated by HQ(retention/job mapping, etc.); commecial insurance; flexible benefits with vendor; also take care of monthly payroll;3. ER - Act as a consultancy for all ER related issues, as well as an executor. Conduct lay-off in August, also later on a much laerger scale lay-off in October (company closure);4. Performance review and Training - to perform key coaching role during performance review and get to know the training needs. Recommend qualified training institution, and facilitate training events;5. Manage HR team in Beijing(one direct report and one dot line report).**Jan to Mar, 2015 working as consultant**

1. Act as a consultancy for managers from business units;2. Communicate and confirm recruiting plan with business units managers, and Conductrecruiting by all means;3. Draft and enrich the Company HR policies, such as Employee Handbook, Travel Policy, ensuring the Company a low risk in dealing with labour relations;4. Optimize and ensure HR process and strategy implementations;5. Communicate and carry out training and talents development plans with business managers;6. Join salary survey;7. Conduct performance/salary reviews with business unit managers;8. Other arrangements from HR manager or headquarters.
