 Logistics Bidding and Tender Management

 Prepares purchase orders and sends order request to suppliers import and local. Handles 95% import and 5% local shipments / purchases. Closely monitors with broker for customs clearance and delivery of shipment. Making sure that goods / shipment arrive on time. Prepares costing / landed cost of the shipment. Maintains a well-organized files and documents.

 Manage reports in order to monitor and reach target KPIs. Assists in sending purchase orders. Monitor purchase orders and follow up deliveries. Reports / Presents weekly to anticipate stock out. Assists engineering in their urgent need of materials. Able to communicate responsibly and fairly with the suppliers.
