Product development team leader and take responsibility on non-NGS product series developments, including Tumor microenviroment related gene expression detected technology and NTRK fusion detection assay using gene chip platform.2. start to develop distributed kit procedure, thus, attend lots of regulatory related course held by British Standards Institution (BSI), e.g. ISO13485 and ISO14971.

1. Assist to establish NGS assay, e.g. using cell free DNA to detect interested gene target and monitoring the status of cancer progress.2. Assist to establish non-NGS assay, e.g. using fragment analysis strategy to detect MSI status and BRCA large genomic rearrangement pattern.3. Assist to establish CTC detection system, using cell sorting technology to obtain CTCs from patient's body fluid and using NGS method to detect interested gene targets.

It's a pleasure to be part of the team in the early days of the company. During this period, the main work focused on assisting in the establishment of laboratory processes, the development of new NGS products and the establishment of ISO17025 related procedure.
