• SFC Licensed Representative for Regulated Activities: Type 1, 9;• Set up, modify and maintain asset management products, mainly Cayman open-ended funds and Hong Kong unit trusts, with diversified underlying assets (bonds, notes, equities, LPFs, virtual assets, etc.);• Broaden product lines and realize plentiful business patterns (private/public funds, discretionary accounts, structured products, cross-border business, RQFII/QDII, investment advisory, etc.);• Explore market, mix regulation requirements and best business practice to design product structure, and provide solutions for different kinds of investors, including high-net-worth individuals, commercial banks, securities firms, asset management companies and other corporations and financial institutions;• Prepare legal documents to register in CIMA and SFC, according to the latest market condition, portfolio investment strategy, regulation and customers’ feedback;• Interact actively with investors, sales and fund managers, work closely with investment research team;• Appoint and negotiate agreements with investment advisors, lawyers, administrators, custodians, auditors and other service providers;• Already helped 3 funds successfully listed on Cayman Islands Stock Exchange;• Assist in applying for Type 9 license uplift on virtual asset management;• Calculate fund performance, design and update company profile and other marketing materials;• Prepare data and text materials to apply for Awards and publish follow-up news, including Overseas Golden Bull Fund Awards and Awards held by Asia Asset Management, HKCAMA, BBG, The Asset, I & M and so on;• Arrange for team building activities and annual meetings;

• Updated competitor research and identified product key characteristics for marketing purpose;• E-commerce/digital promotion on Tmall, The red, and other platforms for festivals;• Ensured new product registration to comply with regulators’ requirements and local customer preference;• New launch and product seeding (Conducted live broadcast with over 99M engagement);• Renewed existing products and carried out marketing campaigns;
