As a builder of systems and structures, I identify gaps, propose solutions, and adapt to shifting priorities by moving between teams to support. I prepare materials for team structures including scheduling, agenda-setting, articulating key decisions and next steps, and following up with roles and responsibilities to team members. I was responsible for recruiting, training, and leading the Upper West Side summer team of 25 staff. I focused on cultivating relationships with parents, children, schools, and other key stakeholders. I orchestrated all strategic planning and continuous improvement to ensure a safe and positive experience for children age 4-12.

Guided middle school students through a collaborative devising process based on a theme, concept, or historical event. Directed an entirely remote rehearsal process of Alice in Wonderland with 19 5th-8th graders over Zoom, culminating in a creatively re-imagined film production.

Taught a scene study class to 16 high school students focusing on methods to warm up, connection to self and partner, developing a character, building a rehearsal process, and physical theatre.
