Hello! I'm Ivy Yoder, a driven Finance student at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, hailing from Bloomington, IN. My passion for service and philanthropy has been a guiding force throughout my life, leading me to active involvement in the Kiwanis Club and ongoing contributions to the Kelley Student Government and the Panhellenic Junior Council.My journey has instilled in me a strong sense of determination and ambition, propelling me to seek out challenges and exceed expectations. I thrive on pushing boundaries and approaching problem-solving with creativity, constantly exploring new and unconventional strategies to deliver optimal solutions. I was a freshman in high school when COVID shifted everything in our world. I decided to get a job in virtual sales and “cut” my business teeth selling knives for CUTCO. I learned a lot about myself and cold calling through the process. Most importantly I discovered a desire to study business in college.I believe in the power of hard work and perseverance, and my first year at Kelley has been marked by a relentless effort to set and then exceed lofty goals. In the fall semester I got engaged with Kelley Student Government and was selected to serve as a general delegate and member of the Funding Committee. I also earned coveted spots in the Financial Diversity and Buy-Side programs. Moving forward in my professional journey, I am eager to leverage my diverse experiences and unwavering determination to drive positive change in the world of finance.
