Me adentro en la experiencia de ver la construcción desde el lado del promotor

Desarrollo labores de Jefe de Obra en la ejecución de 6 viviendas en Fuengirola y la reforma de una villa de lujo en Sierra Blanca, Marbella. Me encargo de la relación y asesoramiento técnico a los clientes extranjeros.

Trabajo para Ervega SA con funciones de jefe de Obra para la ejecución de una Nave/Taller/Concesionario para la firma Scania de camiones, en el polígono industrial Trévenez de Málaga. Una obra compleja debido a la demanda del cliente de un sistema de instalaciones poco convencional, donde además de las instalaciones al uso, era necesario crear una red enterrada de aire comprimido, aceites lubricantes nuevos y usados, anticongelantes, etc... Ha sido una experiencia muy enriquecedora.

Development and budget of the project for an university campus in Port Harcourt (Nigeria), consisting in 54 different buildings like Mall, Residences, Fire Station, Library, etc. The total budget get the 700 millions of euro, and it's has been made in order of the British Standard and British software for measuring and budget.

For the project of the new Opera Building of Malaga, I have made the following tasks:1.-Measurement and Budget2.-Quality Control Project3.-Waste management Project4.-Economical and activities planning5.-Health and Safety work project

Works of measuring and supervising the steel reinforcement of piles foundation and concrete structure of the development of Valle Romano in Estepona (Malaga), with a total of 420 apartments and penhouses. Also, control of quality of the structure execution and monthly works' certification for the related subcontractors. Eventually, I got to lead the south part of the construction, for all the works to build the 6 buildings in which it consisted.

Mainly, I develop my work in the Palmeras de Calahonda Development construction. 13 huge building for a total of 232 apartments, I have control de production, monthly certification of the works of the different subcontractors (more than 50 in the months of higher production), stock of materials, etc. I used to control the financial issue, as well, by specific software, and give technical support to the foremen.

I've develop works as quantity surveyor for the technical department of the company, and also as building manager in the construction we had led as project managers. I had have a lot of task in every construction we supervised, like control of execution, review and approval of the monthly certifications of the main construction company, technical support for the constructors, etc.By the side of the promoters and investors, we used to make a checking of the construction companies which present the budget for future developments, compare those budgets, present a report with the conclusions, etc.

Construction of 3 luxury houses in Estepona, and also 46 apartments in Casares. My very first job in construction and nobody to tell me how to do that. I had to control the execution, manage the working groups, order materials and control the stocks to avoid anyone is stopped for the lack of material. Finally I could manage it all and finish the construction with acceptable benefits for the company and a lot of work for me, but that is what I was paid for, of course.www.ingeconser.es
