• Financial director of 2 subsidiaries (with branch in Uruguay). Argentina: 1 factory and 4 business units, 30M EUR of annual sales, headcount of 180, in charge of 14 employees. • In charge of local accounting (GAAP/IFRS), controlling, administration, Tax, treasury, internal control, logistics, purchases (including general services), import/export, sales administration and IT. • Special Projects: participate and sometimes lead local or corporate projects (Victor, Moving, Ethics licensing out, Convergence, Dynamics etc). • Relationship with corporate: work directly with corporate (visits in Argentina, finance seminar in France etc) to make the subsidiary be in line with the requirements of the group.• Working in a unstable economic country that oblige to be proactive, adjusting organization and process to local changes in a short amount of time. • Member of the board since 2018.

• Reporting & Budget: Preparation of monthly and yearly reporting package (1 plant & 4 BU). Preparation of Budget, Forecast & Estime. Information support to the DG and Business directors. • Finance: control of checks emission, relationship w/ banks and headquartes treasury , payments abroad, exchange control (BCRA, R3602..), Petty cash control, administration of locations and its contracts, Insurances of the company (vehicles, insurance policy group…) • In charge of 3 employees + 1 trainee.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting package and the annual budget, forecast and medium term plan.• Special analysis to develop the brand in foreign countries (profitability analysis). • Internal control (Fraud, Petty cash control, expenses control)• Credit & collections: DSO, new accounts credits approval, aging analysis. • In charge of 7 employees

• Coordination of monthly, quarterly and yearly group reporting package in accordance with deadlinesand company norms / Standards. • Reporting to CFO• Build up the annual budget, forecast and medium term plan• Analyzing/interpreting monthly results, detecting overspending and offering corrective action plan.• Supervisor of industrial cost process & stock valuation.• In charge of Legal Accounting (External Audit) & Internal control.• Active participation in “Acquisition Team “of “Pinturerias del Centro S.A.” (Paint Company with a chain of 40 shops) • In charge of 8 employees.

• Animation and coordination of monthly closing, Budget, forecast and medium term plan • Project Leader - Hyperion Enterprise System Implementation. Participation in the “UK - Hyperion Training Meeting for Team Leaders” with later coordination of the implementation in Latin America companies (Uruguay, Argentina and Mexico). • In charge of 2 employees
