Developed and executed brand segmentation strategies for 22 headwear brands which included setting design and integrity guidelines, marketing, social media, and PR direction, and collaborating with Licensors on promotion efforts. A major accomplishment was implementing a PLM program and setting processes that improved SKU management and product catalog accuracy.

Strategically developed and executed sales & marketing initiatives that increased sales and expanded international distribution while achieving net operating goals.
