I have overseen the safety and wellbeing of 114 student residents so far at one of the largest all-male dorms in the nation, Cary Quadrangle Residence Hall. I foster community engagement by planning weekly events and activities targeted toward all residents with a total budget of $2,250. I am responsible for writing incident reports to inform supervisors of any significant events such as mental health awareness, medical emergencies, criminal activity, and policy violations. I am designated as 'on-call' four to eight times a month where I am prepared to respond to any concerns a resident, co-staff, or supervisor might have regarding the Residence Hall environment.Received the Garofalo Scholarship for Outstanding RAs for the 2022-2023 academic year.Received the Yake Scholarship for Outstanding RAs for the 2023-2024 academic year.

I routinely executed the daily schedule and general training for a company of 154 officer candidates during an evaluated leadership role as the candidate company commander. I performed alongside various cohesive units to complete field exercises such as land navigation, fireteam manoeuvres, and a combat course. I also counselled and assessed peer-subordinates to ensure they were always accountable, on time, and responsible for their gear and personnel as the candidate company commander. I believe that my experience as a Marine Officer Candidate strengthened my understanding of commitment and how to best utilize time management, leadership skills, and personal growth while working in any environment.
