Together with two friends, we created an app for iOS from scratch.Monetization was carried out through the SaaS model, the main market was USA + Tier1 countries (CA, UK, etc.).Results: > 1000 installs, Retention 1D = 20%, Retention 7D = 5%, CR from install to trial = 5%.The project was cancelled due to the changes in the Apple's subscription policy.In this project, I was engaged in attracting users, as well as finding contractors for those tasks that we could not cope with (design, development of several modules + design elements).
