Leading the Governance Portfolio of UNDP Indonesia. Projects include: Civic Education in Democratic Governance, Parliamentary and Electoral Reforms, Decentralized Governance and Inter-Governmental Collaboration.

Leading a unit which provided services to sectoral divisions within the ASEAN Secretariat as well as their respective ASEAN sectoral bodies in preparing and implementing development cooperation projects. Revamping ASEAN's program planning and project appraisal mechanism

Leading a Government Research Center comprising of more than 50 scientist and engineers and operating 2 research laboratories and field survey vehicles. The Center carried out frontier as well as applied research on remote sensing, surveys and mapping technology, GIS as well as environmental modeling for natural resource management

Leading research division on technology application for terrestrial surveys, sub-surface mapping and vehicle tracking. The unit developed an Integrated Terrestrial Survey System (ITSS) comprised of GPS navigation system, digital video camera, Ground Penetrating Radar and Geo-electric sensor mounted and transported on rough terrain vehicle.

Managing project financed through financial protocol of the French Government with the Government of Indonesia on satellite technology transfer for land resource mapping, tourism area development, and disaster mitigation.

Teaching course on Geographic Information System and conducting research on land use and land cover change monitoring using NASA’s Space Photography

Establishing remote sensing and GIS capability at the Environmental Information System Laboratory, and developing initial prototype of LIDAR sensor application for land mapping
